    Casted belt from CuCl armored by a copper belt can replace rolled products from AgCl in chemical batteries activated by sea water. Cost of CuCl based belt is 30 - 40 times lower, than out of AgCl.

    Set of equipment:

    1. Drum-type shears for copper net
    2. Former of copper net surface.
    3. Melting furnace with wattage of 100 kW.
    4. Roll crystallizer
    Plant specifications:
    • electric drive wattage – 10 kW;
    • cooling water consumption – up to 16 m3/h;
    • weight of bobbin – up to 200 kg.
    • Operating area – 75-100 m2.
    • Belt thickness – 0,4-0,9 mm
    • Width – up to 430 mm
    • Casting rate – 6-9 m/min
